Self-adhesive KÖSTER TPO membrane with direct application on EPS insulation is possible. Due to the combined effect of the TPO membrane and a special polyester fleece with a self-adhesive layer, installation becomes time-saving, simple, and cost-effective. The self-adhesive layer has high initial bonding strength, ensuring immediate and lasting adhesion of the membrane and optimal protection against wind uplift forces. Additionally, seam welding is straightforward and secure using hot-air welding techniques.

KÖSTER TPO SK (FR) membranes have high resistance to hail, UV stability, and maintain high flexibility at low temperatures down to -50°C. A fiberglass mesh is integrated into the membrane's core to ensure exceptional dimensional stability. KÖSTER TPO SK (FR) membranes do not contain plasticizers or chlorine, making them suitable for all types of insulation. The membranes are classified as Broof (t1), comply with the requirements for "hard roof coverings," and are suitable for direct bonding onto EPS insulation.
